Nike debuts a sick, PlayStation One-inspired colorway

Nike seems to be tugging at our childhoods for its newest release.

In collaboration with Oklahoma City Thunder’s Paul George and media giant Sony, Nike’s latest offering draws heavy inspiration from the original PlayStation 1 console.

Officially called ‘PG 2.5’, the kicks sport a ‘Wolf Grey’ mesh and is largely designed with a graphic print of the PlayStation’s signature button shapes.

The classic PS logo can be found on the tongue tab as well as on the insole. The ankles are also branded with the small forward’s name while the outsole pays tribute to the OKC’s colors with a translucent blue shade.

While no pricing details are available as of yet, the Nike PG 2.5 ‘Sony PlayStation Grey’ is confirmed to drop on December 7 at select retailers.
